Tenant findTenant Find Service Sure4lettings No Tenant No Fee Service is designed for more experienced Landlords who feel comfortable managing their relationship with prospective tenants and collecting the rental and dealing with property management issues personally. Sure4Lettings will find you your tenant and once found we take references via a tenant referencing company. These references will include and employment reference, previous Landlord (if applicable), a credit score and an affordability check. Sure4Lettings will then negotiate the terms of the let for you and will provide you with your tenancy agreement as part of the Find service. The Sure4Lettings Tenant Find Service will also arrange the move in proceedings and assist you if necessary with arranging your inventory, energy certificate, gas safety and electrical certificates, however you will be responsible for the payment of this directly with the supplier. Sure4Lettings will collect your first months rental and security deposit from your tenants and arrange for your deposit to be held in accordance with tenancy deposit regulations.
